Can you think about everything you need for your kids on a daily basis? I would develop a ‘laundry list” of items as I have three kids under 6. Customer Service
About 30 minutes after I checked out, I received a text message from our QP. She introduced herself and told me to reach out to her at any time with questions I had. She added a personal touch to the entire experience. It is nice to be able to book right online, but I was also able to communicate our schedule to her and when I wanted drop off and pick up for the rental items. She accommodated all of our needs. I added on the personal shopper service to my order, which was absolutely amazing and I will go into a little bit as well.
Convenience
We rented a high chair and double stroller through BabyQuip. You would not believe how much room a double stroller takes up in the trunk of a car. It saved us so much space and we were able to bring all our necessities because we rented.
Our QP dropped off our stroller and high hair right inside of our rental house. As I mentioned, we had the shopping service. We were able to submit our entire grocery list to our QP and she did the shopping for us. She sent me a text while she was at the store if an item was out of stock and approval of replacement items. She went above and beyond.
When we go to our rental home, I was blown away. Our QP put away all the perishable grocery items in the fridge, snacks in the pantry and bananas on the counter. She left our receipt by some pastries that she purchased as a gift for us. The personal touch was so heart-warming and way more then we could have asked for.
We were able to unpack and immediately prepare snacks for our hungry kids because we had this shopping service.
For the entire week, we used the stroller at all of the Disney parks. The stroller looked brand new and was very clean.
