Today was my youngest daughters first Easter. I did everything in my power to make today a special day for not only her, but my family. We opened morning baskets, had an egg hunt left from the bunny, made bunny shaped pancakes and ate Easter dinner at the table. It was not our tradition, but it was absolutely perfect. I ran around with the kids outside while my little girl giggled in my arms. The kids will never know the difference of today and that’s exactly what I wanted. Today was filled with love, laughter and happiness and a 7pm bedtime. The kids passed out. 📷 My kids definitely do not love photos, but we tried. 🤷‍♀️Swipe to see. 😂 Happy Easter!! #stayhome

We need to stay home, love our family and do our part during this challenging time. @ohsweetskye took my vision and brought it to life in this sign. I may be the most tired I have ever been, but I love this time home with my family. I love waking up and staying in our pajamas, I love coming up with crafts and sitting at the table and making memories. We do have our “bad” days. I get stressed and tired and my kids miss their routines and they do get bored of being inside, but that’s ok. We are all human.

Then another hurdle came about and the flowers @bloomsybox couldn’t have come at a better time. These flowers are just breathtakingly gorgeous! You certainly can’t buy them in a store!⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣ I had a bad reaction to the medication I was taking for an infection. I literally couldn’t sleep for two nights thinking I was going to have to go to a hospital. Luckily, I am on the mend and getting better each day. ⁣⁣⁣
⭐️ I am trying my best to treasure this time with my kids and looking at the positive. We have all the time to be together and aren’t in a hurry to get somewhere. This is our new normal and we are all adjusting. They keep me busy so my mind doesn’t wander to the things that could be. ⁣⁣⁣

⭐️ My mini home renovations also help. I decided to paint my interior door black upstairs and downstairs. You can see the before by swiping. I definitely think the black pops. How about you? This is my therapy and it works for me. ⁣

My son was born with a kind heart, giving personality and the innate ability to be a great brother. He has a love for his sisters that I have never seen before.
